This villas has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the following layout:
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom.
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom.
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 twin beds and a shared bathroom.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The living room has air conditioning, Wi-Fi access and a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax in front of the fireplace or the TV with access to satellite channels. Next to it, the dining room with a large table and 8 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped and very practical, it has an additional small table and 4 chairs for breakfast and an open archway that leads onto the area of the pool table, also with air conditioning. From the pool table area, there’s a door that leads onto one of the outside dining areas where one table and 8 comfortable chairs, protected from the wind by a glass facade allows contemplating the the pool and garden. Quite cosy in cooler days.
There’s a covered area for parking a car or 2 and also a laundry room equipped with washer.

By the glass façade and the outdoor dining table there is a swing sofa to relax and a staircase that leads to the garden and pool. Surrounded by sun loungers and with full solar exposure all day long, the pool is quite large with approximately 10 meters by 5 wide, 1-meter-deep by the stairs progressing to 2 meters at the deep end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
The garden has large areas of lawn which makes it very suitable to play football, games and be the delight of the little ones. Just next to the pool is the charcoal BBQ area with another outdoor dining table and it is shaded by a roof which makes this space cooler and usable on hot summer days.
An automatic gate provides access to the house and to the parking area.
