Charming 3-bedroom villa nearby Loulé, complete with all the outdoor space and facilities to make your holiday a stress free one. The decoration is fresh and bright, and the property is fully equipped inside and out, including air conditioning in all divisions. It includes a good-sized swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds and also other well-placed outdoors furniture pieces.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are distributed as follow:
1st Floor - Master bedroom with double bed;
1st Floor - Bedroom with twin beds;
1st Floor – Bathroom with shower, shared by the 2 bedrooms in the 1st floor;
Ground floor – Bedroom with double bed;
Ground floor – Bathroom with shower;
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, even with a double-sided fridge. The lounge contains a dining table with 6 chairs, 2 three-seater sofas and 2 individual sofas, feet support, fireplace, a TV set with good dimensions, cable channels and free WI-FI service throughout the house. Easy access from the lounge and the kitchen to the outdoor area. Air conditioning is also available in the whole property, as well as central heating.
The villa is surrounded by a spacious private garden providing moments of entertainment and relaxation. Being south faced, it catches the sunshine all day long, and at the same time, it is easy to get away from it under the shade of the mature trees that surround the plot.
The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5.5 meters wide and can be heated upon demand for an extra charge. Plenty of sunbeds are scattered alongside the pool.
There is also a nice gas B.B.Q and a table for 6 people to enjoy some delicious outdoor meals. Outdoor sofas and chairs can also be found under a wooden pergola.

"Fantastic, complete property in a very quiet location." New Jaap S, Doetinchem, The Netherlands Near the pleasant town of Loule, lies the beautiful 6-person Bouganvilia villa. Very quiet, lots of privacy and fully equipped. Large swimming pool, beautiful garden, plenty of sun beds and seats in short, a great place to relax and at the same time discover the beautiful Algarve. You do need a car. An absolute must !!! The swimming pool is 1.8 meters deep on one side. Therefore be careful with small children.
