Description
This large villa offers 7 spacious rooms, a large indoor and outdoor space with a private pool and garden, leisure & games and a great outdoor dining and barbecue area. Just 5 minutes’ drive away from the beach and from Vilamoura.
The bedrooms are configured as follow:
1st floor – en-suite bedroom with a double bed + 1 single bed – bathtub - air conditioning
1st floor – en-suite bedroom with a double bed – shower - air conditioning
Ground-Floor – en-suite bedroom with a double bed – bathtub - air conditioning
Ground-Floor – en-suite bedroom with a double bed – shower - air conditioning
Lower-level – bedroom with a double bed + 1 single bed – fans
Lower-level – bedroom with a double bed - fans
Lower-level – bedroom with a double bed - fans
These 3 bedrooms share one bathroom (with shower) and one WC.
The imposing entrance is flanked by two beautiful stone and glass features, a beautiful staircase to the top floor is just in front and so is the centrepiece of the house, a large interior garden with various plants and a full-size tree that rises to the first floor.
The living room is equipped with TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, etc…), DVD, air conditioning and WI-FI system.
The basement comprises a games room with table football and pool table, a TV area with comfortable seating and a small coffee table, a bar area and a huge dining table that seats the whole capacity of the house. The basement area also has direct access to the garden via a staircase and has a garage with enough room for 2 cars.
The private swimming pool, 11 meters long and 5 wide, depths between 1.40m and 2 meters also has an additional round pool of only 80cm deep which is great for young children. The pool is surrounded by sun loungers to help relax and enjoy the bright Algarve sunshine. The manicured garden that surrounds the entire house has various species of plants and trees, a lawn for games and activities, several areas for rest and recreation with comfortable outdoor furniture. The outdoor dining area shaded by shade sails has a charcoal BBQ nearby and plenty of seating around the table overlooking the pool.

The villa is very spacious and very clean. It’s well looked after. Seashell were always prompt and efficient to sort out any queries and questions.

A few more sunbeds by the pool as the villa is for 16 people, but there were only 9 sunbeds. Air conditioning in the basement area would also be beneficial.
