Inside, the cosy living room is a lovely place to unwind, featuring comfortable seating, a fireplace, a TV and a dining area where everyone can gather for meals or relaxed evenings at home. The practical, fully equipped kitchen makes everyday cooking easy, whether preparing simple breakfasts or light dinners. Cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request to ensure extra comfort during cooler winter days.
The house offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus additional sleeping space, providing flexibility and comfort for families or friends planning a longer winter escape. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
