For added winter comfort, cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request.
The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest WC, providing comfort, privacy and flexibility for families or friends planning a longer winter escape. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
