Inside, the spacious living and dining areas are designed for everyday comfort, featuring comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a TV with English channels and plenty of space to unwind together. The fully equipped kitchen makes home cooking easy, whether preparing simple meals or enjoying relaxed family dinners. For added indoor entertainment, a games room with a pool table and table tennis provides the perfect setting for cosy winter evenings. Cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request for extra winter comfort.
The villa offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a guest WC, providing privacy and flexibility for families or groups planning an extended winter stay. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
