Inside, the spacious living and dining areas invite you to relax, with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, a TV with English channels and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast area, makes everyday cooking easy and sociable. At the same time, an indoor games room with table football and darts offers a relaxed entertainment option on cooler days. Cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request to ensure extra winter comfort.
The villa offers four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms, providing privacy and flexibility for families or groups planning a longer winter escape. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
