Inside, the cosy living room features comfortable seating, a fireplace, a TV and a pleasant space to unwind after coastal walks or quiet afternoons at home. The fully equipped kitchen, with a breakfast area and direct access to the dining space, makes everyday cooking easy and sociable. For added indoor entertainment, the villa includes a basement games room with snooker, table tennis and table football, ideal for family time during cooler winter days. Cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request for extra winter comfort.
The villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms plus a guest WC, providing space, privacy and flexibility for families or groups planning a longer winter escape. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
