Inside, the bright living area provides a welcoming space for everyday life, with comfortable seating, a large-screen TV and air conditioning for added year-round comfort. The dining table also converts into a snooker table, providing an additional option for indoor entertainment during cooler days and relaxed evenings at home. Patio doors connect the living area directly with the outdoor dining space, allowing plenty of natural light into the house.

The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing daily meals during a longer stay, while a separate laundry room with a washing machine adds extra convenience.

Villa Alegria offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms and one guest WC, with accommodation distributed between the main house and a separate annexe. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a convenient guest WC. Upstairs, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two trundle beds share a family bathroom. At the front of the villa, the separate private annexe offers twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom, providing additional privacy and flexibility for families, visiting relatives or friends.

Outside, the villa offers several spaces that can also be enjoyed during the Algarve’s mild and sunny winter days. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, while the outdoor dining area and charcoal barbecue provide a pleasant setting for meals outside. The property also features an outdoor bar area and, on the first-floor terrace, a shaded jacuzzi where you can unwind and enjoy quieter moments at home.

Its location is particularly convenient for an extended stay, with Salgados Golf Course, local restaurants, beaches and other amenities within easy reach. The surrounding Albufeira area also provides a wide choice of shops and services for day-to-day living.

Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.

Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.

House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
