Inside, the ground floor offers a welcoming living and dining area with two sofas, two armchairs and a dining table for six, creating a comfortable space for everyday living and relaxed evenings at home. Air conditioning provides additional comfort throughout the year. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for a longer stay, including an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and essential cooking and dining utensils. A separate laundry room adds further practicality for extended stays.

Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with three single beds and air conditioning, along with a bathroom with shower and an anteroom. A dedicated games room with a pool table and board games provides a welcome space for indoor entertainment, particularly on cooler winter days or quiet evenings at home.

Upstairs, Villa Horizonte offers four additional air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a second en-suite double bedroom with a bathtub, shower and hydromassage. This bedroom also enjoys beautiful views over the pool and surrounding countryside.

The villa’s outdoor areas remain an important part of the home throughout the Algarve’s mild winter. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.

Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.

House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
