Inside, the spacious living and dining area is designed for comfort, with a cosy sofa, TV, fast Wi-Fi and direct access to the terrace, making it a lovely space for quiet evenings, reading or working remotely. The compact but well-equipped kitchen is practical for everyday cooking and shared meals. Cosy blankets are provided throughout the house, and additional portable heaters are available on request to ensure extra comfort on cooler days.
The villa offers three air-conditioned double bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing privacy and flexibility for families or small groups planning a longer winter escape. Conveniently located near shops, golf courses and Vilamoura Marina, this home is an excellent base for a calm and comfortable Algarve winter. Conditions:
Available November to March (minimum 3 months).
• To secure the booking, two months’ rent plus the security deposit are required.
• Security deposit: 1 month’s rent, refundable within 15 working days after check-out, subject to inspection.
• Payment method: Bank transfer.
• Utilities (water and electricity) and cleaning during the stay are not included. Utility usage is settled monthly.
Cancellation Policy
• Up to 6 months before check-in: 75% refund.
• Between 6 and 3 months before check-in: 50% refund.
• Less than 3 months before check-in: Non-refundable.
House Rules
• Quiet hours: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am.
• No events or unauthorised guests.
• Pets allowed in some cases, subject to prior approval at booking.
• No moving furniture.
• No excessive rubbish.
• No smoking indoors.
• Guest identification required by law.
• Breach of rules may result in additional charges.
