The open‑plan living area has air conditioning, a TV, sofa and dining table, with the fully equipped kitchen separated by an island, creating a practical flow between cooking and relaxing. In the induction kitchen you will find a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes, cutlery, utensils, and a kettle, so you can prepare anything from quick breakfasts to easy family dinners.
Outside, a generous terrace extends your living space, with a dining table, L‑shaped sofa and barbecue – perfect for relaxed al fresco meals and evening conversations. The condominium also features a communal swimming pool and children’s play area, giving families extra space to cool off and play.
For your comfort, the flat includes Wi‑Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning, barbecue, hairdryer, iron, and a private garage space in the same building, so arrival and day‑to‑day life are straightforward. This is a fabulous apartment...photos dont do it justice. Outside space is wonderful. Pool a few steps away. Patio and bbq area very comfortable and spacious. Uber's cheap and plentiful to old town, Strip and further afield. Highly recommended.

The apartment was very new, modern and clean. It was easy to locate and navigate around the building (e.g., pool, parking garage...). All in all, it is a great space for families to get together and relax during their stay!
