A refundable security deposit of €200 is required before check-in – we hold the deposit on your credit card (on arrival or one day before), and it will be released within 7 days after check-out.
The platform does not manage this deposit; we collect it directly from the guest. This will appear during the booking confirmation process. Therefore, all bookings must pay the refundable deposit before or on the day of check-in.
