Property was clean and fairly well maintained with few minor maintainance issues. Balcony has great views.Kitchen is fairly well equipt with cutlery,plates..would be good to have some good pans/pots, as existing ones are not in great state.Would be helpful to have some hooks in bathroom to hang towels and napkins.Overall we enjoyed our stay and would like to visit again.

The lock on the door was difficult to open. We had to collect keys from the office, which I was unaware of when booking, but as it was on route from airport was not a problem, but could have been.

People from the property management were very nice, hospitable and helpful. The location is great as it is close to the beaches, the bus station, restaurants and a supermarket. My friends and I were delighted and satisfied with everything. I highly recommend this place Thank you very much, especially to Mariana for your help. We had an amazing time!

Keys should be collected at Seashell Management office in Almancil :( I made a couple of rounds until I've found the place - road is new and thus not correctly reflected on a map (Google/Sygic navigation). It would be much better to meet us in the apsee more

From the hospitality of the hosts, the accuracy of the instructions, the speed of the answers. Arriving at the place, everyone was satisfied and were very satisfied. Beautiful apartment, parking for cars near the house, access to bars, restaurants, sports centers. On the beaches do not even need to - everything is very good. I and my family were satisfied with everything. We recommend this place to all travelers.

I was in the car and it was not difficult for me to come to the office. But those who plan their trip in a different way would have to be a bit more complicated. And the second. Sharpen knives and other tools for cleaning vegetables and fruits.

Valor da Caução é absurdo 300€ para um apartamento que existem obras uns pisos abaixo, e as obras e barulho começa as 8h da manha, deviam devolver o dobro da caução. Ir apanhar a chave a um aldeamento em Almancil saindo da rota normal.

这个公寓真的很不错，双卫双卧，非常适合家庭居住。并且在大阳台可以看到日落和日出，真的让人惊喜。在楼下就有一个小超市，方便购物。附近有lidl之类大超市，我们在这儿住了10天，感觉非常棒。步行10分钟即可抵达海滩，适合休闲度假。离当地公交站10分钟路程，方便搭乘公交去其他地方。Bolt也很便宜，所以我五星推荐这个公寓。 唯一不是那么完美的是该公寓的钥匙需要去办公室自取，我认为在晚上有点困难。希望户主能多考虑这个问题。

There's a small supermarket downstairs for convenient shopping. Larger supermarkets like Lidl are nearby. We stayed here for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The local bus stop is a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around. Bolt rates are also very reasonable, so I highly recommend this apartment. The only downside is that the keys need to be picked up from the office, which I think might be a bit inconvenient at night. Hopefully, the owner will consider this.

Aller chercher les clés ailleur, 10 min de voiture. De plus sur le document en arrivant, il disait de laisser les clés où nous les avons prises. Et finalement non, on devait les laisser dans l'appartement.

Achei o lugar lindo, um apartamento muito bem limpo, cheiroso e com uma paisagem incrível, gostei muito da recepção que fizeram a nossa chegada com um miminho e tudo organizado, sempre em comunicação, a única coisa que achei muito incomodo foi chegar de uma viagem cansativa, ter que buscar a chave em outro sítio distante que me custou pagar um Uber para pagar além de ir para o apartamento. Eu indicaria deixar um cofre com o código perto do apartamento ou no próprio prédio como todos fazem ou entregar pessoalmente na hora do Check-in. Mas o resto tudo perfeito!
