Picture yourself having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying leisurely hours watching TV or simply relaxing on the sofa, firing up the barbecue on the terrace, or walking a few minutes to have lunch out and pick up supplies. There is also a guest WC by the entrance hall for extra convenience.

Step inside to the first floor, where you’ll find three cosy bedrooms, all en‑suite with showers, offering comfort and privacy for everyone. The inviting living room and open‑plan kitchen make it easy to stay connected, even while preparing quick meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped, so you can handle everything from simple breakfasts to easy family dinners without missing out on the conversation in the lounge. There is also a lift, available on request, for people with reduced mobility, making it practical for the elderly and people in wheelchairs.

On the ground floor, a dedicated barbecue area with its own kitchen and TV creates a great space for relaxed alfresco meals and unhurried evenings at home, plus an additional WC so you don’t need to go upstairs when you’re enjoying the terrace.
