Completely renovated 1-bedroom apartment, inserted in a quiet condominium just 10 minutes’ walk away from the marina.
This apartment has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, configured as follow:
• Ground Floor – 1 Bedroom with a double bed
• Ground Floor – 1 Sofa bed that sleeps 2 persons
The open plan kitchen has been fully renovated and equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The dining table is made of stone and divides the kitchen from the living room.
The living room has a very relaxed atmosphere and is equipped with a flat screen TV with UK channels. The living room provides direct access to the outside garden and pool.
There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, internet access via Wi-Fi among other amenities.
Outside there’s a small private garden with a dining table and chairs, grass and hedges separating this apartment from the others, makes it nice and private.
In the condominium’s common areas, we find a large grassed area, many pine trees, shrubs and flowers, a large swimming pool and a second smaller pool for children.
The condo is calm and will certainly provide you with a quiet and relaxing holiday without, however, being away from the Marina and all the excitement that Vilamoura has to offer.
There is a private parking spot near the apartment’s entrance door.

The property consists of a large double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living area. This was perfect for my family. There is a recently refurbished kitchen area with a fantastic variety of kitchen accessories. There is no air con, but there were 2 large fans which helped with air circulation, we found keeping the window shutters closed kept the place cool enough. It was exceptionally clean and tidy. The patio and pool area are excellently maintained, with a view from the living area onto the pool.it was perfect. The spar supermarket is 10-15 mins walk away. The marina and beach is 15-20 mins walk. The prices in the marina reflect the waterfront location, so it's worth using trip advisor to get recommendations within the centre which are more reasonable. A perfect 4 day break with 2 teenagers

This is a wonderful place to stay in! It is situated in a quiet neighborhood where you can unwind after spending the day in the touristy area. The swimming pool, beautiful trees and landscaping provided for a relaxing atmosphere. The apartment has easy access to the pool which is very useful when you travel with kids. What we enjoyed most is the proximity to the Old Village. This is a very beautiful area by the golf courses and is 10 minutes walking from the apartment (this is a must see!). The place is very clean and has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, dishes, etc.

The apt. is about a 10 minute walk from the marina which is very convenient. The beach walkable within 20 minutes. Lovely and clean with a cleaning service midweek too. It has a lovely little garden, with sun in the afternoon and the communal pool wasee more

It was late and dark when we arrived and we were not sure how exact the dropped pin was. The security guard helped us out

A pesar de que el apartamento no es de Antonio, sino de una agencia inmobiliaria que es la que se encarga del alquiler del mismo, es genial. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo. Está en una zona estupenda, y además cuentas con muy buenos servicios.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec en prime une bouteille de vin, un mot de bienvenue et un cake au citron délicieux. L appartement était propre et nous avions tout ce qui était décrit dans l offre. Lorsque vous êtes assis dans le salon vous avec cette vue magnifique sur le jardin qui vous donne l impression d être à l extérieur tout le temps. C est très agréable. L appartement est aussi très bien situé juste à côté de vilamoura et de ces espaces verts magnifiques. Nous avions un accès direct à la piscine en passant par le jardin et la vue quand vous êtes en train de vous baigner dans la piscine est à tomber. Pour 2 semaines de location nous avons eu une Femme de ménage qui est venue au bout de une semaine pour changer tous les draps et serviettes et nettoyer la salle de bain. C était appréciable. Cet appartement est très pratique pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge car il offre un accès direct . Vous vous garez devant l appartement , pas d escaliers à monter . Nous avons acheté un matelas à langer qui je l espère pourra servir aux prochains vacanciers . Si vous souhaitez louer ce logement n hésitez pas .

Nous avons trouvé l attention formidable. Mais nous avons déçu que personne ne nous demande comment se passait notre séjour dans l appartement .au lieu de ça David nous a envoyé pleins de messages pour payer le lit comme si nous n allions pas le payer. D ailleurs je trouve que nous n aurions pas du le payer vu la qualité médiocre du lit bébé . Le matelas en plastique est tres très fin et le lit faisait du bruit des qu on posait le bébé. De plus, on aurait apprécié avoir un matelas à langer en plus . Du coup nous en avons acheté un qu on a laissé dans l appartement pour vos futurs clients. Votre appartement est beau mais il faut revoir le problème d eau chaude et le bruit de la bouilloire insupportable. Nous avons apprécié l emplacement et la vue magnifique sur le jardin et le fait d être à côté de la piscine. Par ailleurs pensez à mettre un aspirateur car avec le tapis c est pas possible de le nettoyer et quand on revient de la place on met du sable partout et l aspirateur est beaucoup plus efficace que le balais. Pensez à changer aussi le séchoir pour tendre les vêtements ,il n est pas stable et pas pratique. On a du le nettoyer à fond car il était sale. Voilà c est des détails mais qui ont leur importance je pense. Mais le plus important c est le problème d eau chaude. Je me suis brûlé plusieurs fois et nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps à attendre qu il y ait de l eau chaude pour se laver Quasiment tous les matins le jardinier venait tondre la pelouse Nous avons du attendre David pour rentrer dans les lieux car pour nous les instructions n etaient pas clair Les coffres de rangement sous le lit et le canapé lit etaient pleins de poussière David nous a envoyé plusieurs messages pour qu on paye les 25€ du lit bebe et il s est carrément déplacé a l appartement un matin sans nous prévenir. Nous avons trouvé cela tres déplacé d autant plus que nous avons pas payé le jour meme car il n avait pas Nous avons eu un problème d eau chaude pendant toute la durée du séjour. A chaque fois qu on voulait prendre une douche il fallait attendre plusieurs minutes que l eau chauffe et quand elle chauffait c etait beaucoup teop chaud donc on passait notre temps
