This charming 3-bedroom townhouse sits right on PAR 15 of Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course, with a private pool and compact outdoor area overlooking the fairway and the sea. Picture yourself walking down to Vale do Lobo Beach for a swim or a meal at the beachfront restaurants, then returning for sunset drinks by the pool while kids play, or you fire up the BBQ. With a nearby mini-shopping area offering a beach club, bar with mini-golf and kids’ activities, it is ideal for families of 6, golfers, or guests seeking relaxation with everything close at hand.
Step inside to a bright living and dining area divided into two welcoming spaces: a cosy lounge with a 3-seater sofa, a built‑in 3‑seater concrete sofa by the fireplace and TV near the patio doors, and a dining zone with a table for six. The compact open‑plan kitchen is fully equipped for easy home cooking, and just outside it there is a small pantry with the washing machine. A convenient guest WC sits off the entrance hall close to the kitchen and living room.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, one with twin beds pushed together to form a double bed and another with twin beds, each with a bathroom just next door. One bedroom faces the front of the house, with its adjacent bathroom featuring a shower. The second bedroom looks out over the golf course and the sea, has independent access to the pool terrace, and uses a nearby bathroom with a bathtub.
Upstairs, a small landing lounge with an armchair and a desk creates a quiet corner to work or read, leading into a third bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. We had a lovely stay at a beautiful house. Spotless clean and really great communication from the management company. I may have missed it in the description, but the bedrooms are on different floors, which might not be ideal for all families. However, overall we had a great stay and I would recommend the house. Would love to make a return trip. Thank you.

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa and made so many happy memories here as a family. The location is fantastic, with everything we needed nearby, and the villa itself was a lovely place to relax and enjoy our time in Portugal. We would definitely recommend having the pool gate in place if travelling with children, as it will give you extra peace of mind throughout the stay. We did have a couple of small things we needed help with during our visit, but everything was sorted out very quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great experience and somewhere we would happily recommend to others!

Great villa with an amazing location. The accommodation was spotless, great to have cleaners once during our 10 day stay. Plenty of space, and easy walk to beach and VDL bars and restaurants. Highly recommend and will book again without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa and would highly recommend it. The villa is incredibly spacious, comfortable and well maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The kitchen is particularly well equipped, with all the utensils, cookware and appliances you could possibly need. The outdoor area is fantastic and was where we spent most of our time. The pool, BBQ and seating areas made it the perfect place to relax as a family. The location is also excellent, with everything within easy reach. Our host was great throughout the stay, with excellent communication before and during our holiday. The only area that could be improved is the towel provision. We were only provided with four medium bath towels and four small towels, with no beachpool towels included. Every other villa we’ve stayed in has always provided plenty of towels, and having to pay extra for additional towels was a little disappointing. Other than that, everything was excellent .
