This cozy 3-bedroom villa is situated in a quiet and pleasant condominium, with a decoration that makes us feel at home, which invites us to spend a relaxing vacation. It is fully equipped for you to enjoy them with comfort.
The rooms are composed as follows:
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning.
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with double bed and shared bathroom.
• 1st Floor – Small Bedroom with a single bed and a shared bathroom.
• Ground Floor – WC
• Ground Floor – There will always be an extra single bed on the living room
The villa has at your disposal a small kitchen fully equipped and organized so you can cook the most varied delicacies for family and friends.
The leisure and dining area unites in a single space, with table and 6 chairs plus sideboard is quite wide and bright, the living room has 2 sofas, a one-seater and a 3 seater, and a pouf. It also has a fireplace, TV and coffee table. The living room is of good size and feels cozy, it also has air conditioning.
There is a reserved parking space for the villa right in front of the main door. Free Wi-Fi in all areas. National and International television channels.
The condo pool is quite large, the depth varies between 1 meter and 3 meters deep, with plenty of space around the pool. In this outdoor space you will find several grassy areas, so you can stretch out a towel and enjoy the excellent sun of the Algarve.
The private terrace has a dining table near the charcoal BBQ that will allow our guests to enjoy al fresco dining on hot summer days.
Located just minutes from the center of Vilamoura where you can find restaurants, supermarkets and nightlife, ideal for families or groups who like to have fun and experience local life (gastronomy, nature, cycling).

We thought the app apartment was on a lovely complex with a fantastic pool with spotless grounds.😃 The size is good although the 3rd bedroom has no outside windows and just a fan so it was very hot in there of a night. 🥵Air con downstairs is brilliansee more

We thought the rooms were a good size. And location of the pool is good

although there is air con in the main bedroom it was quite noisy we used the oven a couple of times but had to guess the temperature as the dials have worn out. 🥴 I walked to the marina on one occasion and there’s no way I’d get children to do it it’see more
although there is air con in the main bedroom it was quite noisy we used the oven a couple of times but had to guess the temperature as the dials have worn out. 🥴 I walked to the marina on one occasion and there’s no way I’d get children to do it it’s a stiff 35 minutes 🏃🏼♂️ unfortunately we had issues with a bad smell in the 2nd bathroom which took 10days to resolve. 👎🏻 There was no smell when we left. 👍 And there was no mention of compensation as the owner didn’t think it was a problem even thou the 3rd bed is 3ft from this bathroom. 😷 The cleaners didn’t do a very good job shower wasn’t cleaned at tall floors also could have been cleaned better. You also might want to check the fans as one of these hardly works Unfortunately it was some what disappointing the issues we had with the smell from the 2nd bathroom which has put us off ever booking here again.

The nearest shop is a 10min walk and the main resort is 45min walk. Also on the last few days we had to endure a barking dog all through the night.
