Step inside on the ground floor to a bright, spacious living room with sofa, TV, dining table, Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and central heating, creating a comfortable place to unwind after days out exploring. The open‑plan kitchen is fully equipped with what you need for light family meals or leisurely lunches, and its layout makes it easy to cook without disconnecting from the conversation in the living room. This floor also includes a communal shower bathroom and an en‑suite bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with bathtub, ideal for guests who prefer fewer stairs.

Upstairs, the first floor offers three additional bedrooms: one en‑suite room with double bed and bathtub bathroom, plus two further bedrooms, each with three single beds, that share a communal bathroom with bathtub—giving families and groups flexible sleeping arrangements. Down in the basement, the games room becomes the heart of the fun, with a pool table, table tennis, two sofas and plenty of seating—perfect for lively game nights and relaxed evenings together, just steps away from the outdoor charcoal barbecue and alfresco dining table.

Outside, Villa Feliz invites you to make the most of the Algarve sun.
