Welcome to your holiday villa in Albufeira, just a short distance from the Old Town and Marina, where you can dip into the buzz of restaurants, bars and beaches, then come back to a calm, comfortable base to unwind.
This spacious, well-lit 5-bedroom home is ideal for families of up to 10 or a group of friends who want to be close to all that Albufeira offers while still enjoying quiet, relaxed moments away from the busiest streets. Picture yourself starting the day with coffee in the living room, heading out for boat trips or beach time, and returning for sunset barbecues by the pool.
Step inside on the ground floor to a welcoming living area with a fireplace, large TV and a comfy sofa—perfect for lazy afternoons or cosy evenings together. Just beside it, a dining table sets the scene for shared meals and long conversations over a good Portuguese wine. The compact kitchen is equipped for light meals, with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and basic utensils so you can easily prepare simple breakfasts, snacks or suppers at home.
The villa has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably hosting up to 10 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms with two single beds each and a communal bathroom. Upstairs, there is an en suite bedroom with a double bed, plus two twin bedrooms that share a bathroom between them—keeping things practical for families or friends sharing.
Step outside and you’ll find a private pool with around 10 sun loungers, inviting long, sunny days in the Algarve weather. A dining table sits just beside the barbecue, creating a practical and inviting corner for relaxed al fresco lunches and easy evening grills after a day out exploring.

Loved our stay here! Absolutely stunning property & more than enough room for our family. Beautiful and quiet residential area a short walk from the old town & 5min walk from supermarkets. Honestly, the place exceeded our expectations with amenities, space & privacy. Garden & pool was cleaned during our stay which was a bonus. All in all it is the perfect place for a family trip and we would 1000% book again!

Overall the villa would have been luxurious about 30 years ago. It looks tired. Although it was clean and there is a fully quipped kitchen, having to pay for high chairsstair gates makes me think it’s more money oriented than truly wanting people to have a good time. It’s not suitable for babies/young toddlers as the staircase bars can fit a child through them. It also states there is 2 double beds but when we arrived that was not the case. there’s 1 double bed and then a double bed was made by pushing together 2 single beds and putting a sheet over the top. Nevertheless, the cleaning team did fix this straightaway but not a double bed fit for a mother and child to sleep in. For the additional i.e ping pong table etc, should not be an extra charge and just be given as it’s a large space. If that would have been the case, then the price could have been reflected in amenities and activities given.
