Villa Memorias is equipped with practical features for your stay, including clearly labelled lighting, smart TVs in every bedroom, and a large 86” screen in the basement for movie nights. Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom, built-in storage with automatic lighting, and either a balcony or direct access to the outside. For comfort in all seasons, every bedroom and the main living area have individual air conditioning and heated floors.
On the main floor, there is an open kitchen, dining, and living area that leads directly to your private pool, with sun loungers and a BBQ. The kitchen has modern appliances, including a coffee machine and an American-style fridge with filtered water and ice. Bluetooth speakers are fitted in the dining, living, and pool areas so you can play your own music, and the fireplace in the living room makes evenings cosy. This floor also has a guest bedroom with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and access to a small outdoor sitting area.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a king bed and a shower ensuite, and another with a queen bed and a shower ensuite. These two rooms share a balcony.
Outside, you can enjoy your private pool or relax on the rooftop terrace, which has a seasonal hot tub (September–May), two loungers, a large sofa, and a sun umbrella.
The basement includes a small gym with free weights and a bench, a desk and office space, a large sofa with an 86” smart TV, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
The location gives you both peace and easy access to local attractions. The Marina de Albufeira is only 450 m away, with restaurants, bars, cafés, a supermarket, bowling, and boat tours. Beaches such as São Rafael and Arrifes are 1.5 km away. You can also explore the Caminho da Baleeira nature reserve (1 km), or visit Old Town Albufeira (less than 3 km) with its cobblestone streets, shops, markets, and nightlife.
The property is fully gated, with secure entry and a video intercom. There is one private parking space inside the gate and free parking nearby. Please note, the neighbourhood is still being developed, so you may hear some daytime construction.
