Villa Calla is a spacious 4-bedroom villa located at “The Village” development, between Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Almancil. This lovely 4 bedroom villa is located within five minutes driving distance from the local beaches, prestigious golf courses and the best restaurants in the region, some of them awarded with Michelin Stars. This villa is tastefully and comfortably decorated, with everything you will need for a great family holiday.


In the outdoor area, you will find a relaxing patio with a large swimming pool (heated upon request at an extra fee) and great areas, providing both sun and shade and offering plenty of room for children to run around and play. With great privacy and plenty of sunlight in the pool area, this villa invites you to sunbathe in the glorious Algarve weather or enjoy a lovely al-fresco meal with the family. The exterior is complete with a beautifully landscaped garden, recently refurbished (new pictures available soon), a lounging area, plenty of sunbeds, and an al-fresco dining area, served by a gas BBQ.


Built over two levels, Villa Calla is spacious and tastefully decorated. Entering the villa, a wide entrance hall gives way to the kitchen, dining area, and living room set in an open plan. The fully equipped kitchen comprises a breakfast bar, a comfortable dining area with a 6-seater table, a stylish, bright, and spacious living room with plenty of comfortable seating, and large windows that lead to the outdoor area.
The Villa benefits from air-conditioners in every room and underfloor heating on the ground floor and all the bathrooms.



With 4 bedrooms distributed over two levels, Villa Calla can commodate up to 8 guests. All bedrooms are comfortable and perfect for catching up on sleep after a busy day.
Each room has an en-suite bathroom and air conditioner. All en-suite bathrooms benefit from underfloor heating.
The first floor holds three bedrooms: the master suite which is equipped with a walk-in shower, dual sinks, and a private balcony; Bedroom two and three have twin beds (that can be made as a double upon request), en-suite bathrooms and a shared balcony overlooking the pool terrace. Bedroom four is located on the ground floor and has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
All bedrooms and living room have AC units.
