Composed of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spacious and pleasant, with a practical decor, this villa is fully equipped to help you to enjoy your holiday time with every comfort. The outdoor space is simply wonderful and ideal for relaxing in the sun, with outdoor furniture and sun loungers provided.
Located at just 4 km from the beach, it is ideal for families or groups who enjoy the contact with nature and a great deal of privacy and tranquility.
This villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with the following layout:
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and shared bathroom.
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and shared bathroom.
• Ground Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and shared bathroom.
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
At your disposal is a fully equipped and organized kitchen so that you can cook the most varied delicacies for your family or friends.
The dining area has a table with 8 chairs and the living room has air conditioning, a fireplace, sofas with a good size TV with cable channels and free unlimited Wi-Fi through the property.
Matching the blue colour of the sky, a desirable swimming pool provides a refreshing touch in harmony with the garden. The swimming pool is 10 meters long and 5 meters wide, having a 70cm depth close to the stairs and 2meters depth in the deepest end. We supply pool heating at 48h before arrival, at an additional cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperatures are not suitable to provide this services it might be decline.
Close to the swimming pool, there are 8 comfortable sun loungers and a set of outdoor furniture to make possible a peaceful afternoon accompanied by a refreshing beverage.
Near the swimming pool, there are 2 chill-out spaces, a refreshing palm tree and plenty of trees that provide shade during peak hours. Nearby, a charcoal BBQ for cooking great al-fresco meals, accompanied by a great wine and a relaxed chat in one of the nearby sofas.
You can access the villa’s entrance terrace through a stairway; this terrace, great to read a book in a sun lounger or to have coffee in the company of friends.
There’s private parking space inside the property for 2 or more vehicles.

Casa já com alguns anos, zona da piscina a precisar de melhorias, não tem chuveiro de apoio (já teve está partido). Guarda sois partidos. Candeeiros no interior da casa sem tomadas portuguesas, não ter canais portugueses na TV. Mobiliario de jardim esee more

Candeeiros no interior da casa sem tomadas portuguesas, não ter canais portugueses na TV. Mobiliario de jardim e almofadas já com desgaste notório. Colchões de algumas camas já com bastante uso e capas de colchão de plastico fazem muito barulho.
