Living Areas:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a wide range of appliances, including a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, three gas hobs and one electric hob, an extractor fan, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, ice machine, juicer, blender, and microwave. A sliding door from the kitchen opens to the dining area, which features a table with seating for six. From the dining area, patio doors provide direct access to the poolside terrace.
From the entrance, a few steps lead down to the lounge which is furnished with ample comfy sofa seating, a feature fireplace, split unit air conditioning and a large flat screen TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. Patio doors open up onto the poolside terrace and garden.


Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
On the entrance level, you’ll find bedroom one, a double room featuring split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, and access to a separate shower room equipped with a heated towel rail.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms two and three. Bedroom two is a twin room with split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared upper terrace with bedroom three which has lake views. Bedroom three is a double room complete with split unit air conditioning, an en suite shower room featuring a heated towel rail, and patio doors leading to the shared upper terrace with bedroom two.

The private swimming pool, measuring approximately 9m x 5m and which can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge, features convenient steps for easy entry, while a separate children’s pool measuring approx. 2m x 2m, ensures fun for the little ones. An outdoor shower is also available for rinsing off before and after a refreshing dip.
A pathway at the far end of the garden leads to the nearby lake, adding to the villa's serene ambiance. The spacious poolside terrace is furnished with six comfortable sun loungers, with two parasols available for those who prefer a bit of shade.
For relaxation, there’s a cozy seating area complete with rattan sofas and chairs—perfect for unwinding with a book or a drink. Budding chefs in the group will appreciate the gas BBQ, ideal for preparing delicious al fresco meals to be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table, which seats six.
Access to the roof terrace is conveniently located within the property. This inviting space is furnished with rattan sofa seating, providing a comfortable spot to relax while enjoying the stunning views of the nearby Quinta do Lago lake.

Lakeside Village in Quinta do Lago is renowned for its lively yet luxurious ambiance, offering a range of amenities, including a communal pool, children's pool and tennis courts, use of the tennis courts is free of charge, you have to take your own racquets and tennis balls. The surrounding area is brimming with activities, complemented by three top-tier restaurants nearby: The Shack, Casa do Lago, and Os Arcos.
This prime location places you just a short distance from both Praia da Quinta do Lago and Praia do Ancão, where a vibrant atmosphere awaits.
