Villa Monte Golf is a top of the range, stunning 5 bedroom luxury villa with pool, which has been totally refurbished to the highest standard. The property enjoys alocation in the prestigious golf resort of Quinta do Lago, with beautiful views over the golf course and the villa is just minutes by car from glorious beaches, a wide variety of restaurants and the Quinta shopping centre.


All TV's in the villa can show their own independent Lazer cable channels- which include a wide range of channels, including the English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. The wi-fi is also provided by Lazer, fibre optic broadband. All patio doors have mosquito screens and there is air conditioning throughout the villa.


Please note that there is some shading on the pool and terraces in the photography as the shoot was taken late in the afternoon. During the daytime, the swimming pool and all terraces are in glorious sunshine.
The entrance hall of the villa leads to the lovely big living area, air conditioned and with patio doors leading to the spacious terrace overlooking the pool and gardens. A separate TV lounge has a large wall mounted flat screen, a/c and a fireplace.


The dining area has a/c and seating for 8 persons and leads to the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar with 4 stools and appliances including 4 x electric hobs & a wine chiller on the central island; double fridge; double freezer; kettle, toaster, juicer and Nespresso coffee maker; integrated oven, microwave and warming tray (Siemens appliances) and a dishwasher.

The adjacent utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, and doors lead to an exterior drying area.

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa. Bedroom one has twin beds, split unit a/c (all a/c units in the villa are Daikin), a wall mounted flat screen TV and an en suite bathroom with bath, double vanities and large walk-in shower unit. Patio doors lead to the side terrace with seating.

Bedroom two on the ground floor has twin beds, split unit a/c, a wall mounted flat screen TV, patio doors to the side terrace an en suite with a large walk-in shower unit. There is an additional guest cloakroom on this level.
Bedrooms three, four and five are on the first floor of Villa Monte Golfe. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite with a large walk-in shower unit & double vanities and a patio door to the wrap around first floor terrace with glorious golf views.

Bedroom four has a double bed, wall mounted TV, a/c, double wardrobes with a safe, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite with a bath, double vanities and shower unit.
Bedroom five has twin beds, wall mounted flat screen TV, a/c, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite with shower unit and double vanities.

The villa is built on a large plot and the living area patio doors open out onto the spacious raised terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and which has various comfy seating areas. Also on this level of the terrace is the superb new covered outdoor kitchen and dining area- furnished with a dining table with seating for 10 persons; breakfast bar with 4 stools; food prep area with wine chiller and drinks fridge; dishwasher and a lovely big Beefeater gas BBQ.

Steps lead down from the raised terrace to the lower lawn garden area and the poolside terrace with great golf course views. The brand new swimming pool is of an infinity design with overflow and can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
The poolside terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers and this whole area is absolutely stunning.
