Welcome to your holiday villa in Quinta do Mar, a peaceful enclave between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, just about 1 km from the beach.
Villa Valentina is the last house in the development, so there are no passing cars, and it is tastefully decorated to offer everything you need for a relaxed, comfortable family stay.
Step inside to five welcoming bedrooms and six bathrooms, with space for up to 14 guests across 10 beds plus a sofa bed. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a super‑king bed and a private bathroom with bath and shower, and a second bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with bath and shower, both with air conditioning. Upstairs, you will find a super‑king bedroom with TV and private bathroom with bath and shower column, plus a king‑size bedroom with private bathroom with bath and shower, also air‑conditioned. On the lower floor, a bedroom with four single beds and a private shower room is perfect for children or friends, while a cosy space between the upstairs bedrooms offers a sofa bed for two extra guests, and there is an additional guest WC on the ground floor.
The kitchen is practical and fully fitted, with a central island, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and all the indispensable accessories for easy holiday cooking, and it has direct access to the BBQ area. The bright living room benefits from large windows opening onto the garden and pool, and a fireplace helps create a more cosy atmosphere on cooler winter days. In the basement, the house turns into a leisure zone, with a pool table, table tennis and a football table, plus Wi‑Fi broadband and TV with English channels such as BBC and ITV. An integrated sound system runs throughout the house and can be controlled in each room to play local radio, and central air conditioning serves the whole villa except the generally cooler basement.
Outside, an artificial waterfall runs directly into the pool, adding the relaxing sights and sounds of running water. The swimming pool is about 9 × 4.5 metres, with depths from roughly 0.75 m at the steps to 1.6 m at the deep end, and includes an additional Jacuzzi for four or more people; pool heating is available from April to October at extra cost, with at least 48 hours’ notice and subject to suitable temperatures. Around the pool, there are 10 sun loungers and a shaded pergola with a large outdoor dining table and chairs for 12, plus a charcoal BBQ and a set of outdoor sofas, chairs and a table, creating a perfect setting for long al fresco meals and relaxed evenings.
There is secure parking for three or more cars inside the property, giving extra peace of mind. Guests also have free use of the nearby urbanisation tennis court, adding another option for fun and exercise during your stay.

The Wi-Fi was hopeless it only worked in the garage and we understand this has an in going problem
The whole place needed some upkeep ie the pool had damaged tiles and the lip of the jacuzzi was rough and we scratched ourselves

We were a party of 8 and the villa accommodated all of us easily. Plenty of sun beds and a very clean and refreshing pool meant we spent much of our time at the villa but beach only a 15/20 minute walk away if you fancy a change of scene. Would we csee more

This villa is one of he best we have stayed in. Plenty of space, games room, superb air con and the swimming pool perfect. Located at the end of a no through road so very peaceful and relaxing. Beach with its restaurants very close, adults can walk it, we used the car for the small kids in under 3 minutes! Within a 10 minutes car trip to the shops and other restaurants. Surrounded by golf courses, villa Valentina we will be back.

Compared to other rental properties it could do with a small upgrade of certain items see comments under "value". And there were no wine glasses :-). Also it might be a local thing but we did miss some proper showers in the bathrooms. (the one on thesee more

The outdoor shower did not work which would have been nice. Perhaps we overlooked it but it would be nice to have some instructions available in garbage disposalshops, restaurants etc.
A bit more modernizing of the interior and equipment would make this a real start property (f.e. there were bedsheets which had been amended, the fridge door opened constantly but we managed to fix it, the coffee machine was leaking,...). It was as if the house had not been occupied for a while, it was not a major issue but the cleanliness could have been better |

A fantastic villa set in a lovely neighbourhood. Very easy organising check in as our flight was very late arriving. The house and the outdoor area is fantastic for a large group. Shops are a short car journey away and taxis are easy to organise fromsee more

Mais papel higiênico e material de limpeza, informar melhor sobre os itens que estarão na localidade como marca da máquina de café, que a churrasqueira é a gás, que é recomendado repelente e inseticida devido as vespas e moscas que foram muitas que asee more

A falta de água quente foi um ponto crítico pois sete pessoas tomaram banho e as demais ficaram sem a água quente, claramente o termo aquecedor não suporta todas as banheiras e banhos propostos, este alerta tb é importante antes da hospedagem. |

We had a fantastic stay, the villa was a great size, everything we needed was there. The location was ideal too, the area was very quiet and peaceful. We can't wait to return to the villa and the area.
