A stunning 5-bedroom, modern and contemporary villa in Ferragudo with views to the sea, and a 7-minute walk to the beach, with its own private infinity pool.
Outside, there is an outdoor dining area, gas BBQ, sun terrace and outdoor lounging. There is also a large infinity pool which can be heated upon request.
Inside, there is a living area with cable TV and views to the outdoors. The dining area is also open plan to the kitchen with a breakfast bar, again with views of the pool.
Bedrooms are composed as follow:
The master bedroom is on the second floor and has a king size bed, a safe, balcony and an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
On the first floor, there is another king size room with an en suite bathroom with a shower only.
The third bedroom is on the ground floor, again with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a shower only.
The fourth is on the ground floor, with a king size bed and no en suite. The fifth bedroom is also on the ground floor and has an en suite bathroom with a bath, and a king size bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, wine cooler, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, freezer, fridge, hob and ice maker.
