Exterior:
The terrace has a built-in barbecue and from here, passing through a flight of stairs, we reach the pool surrounded by a children's fence that separates the pool area from the rest of the garden and the villa. The large rectangular pool (10x5m).

The entrance leads to a spacious living room with many comfortable seats and a dining area. The adjacent TV room has a large TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. Sliding doors lead from the room to a balcony with a staircase descending through the terrace garden to the swimming pool.

This beautiful dwelling has a total of four rooms distributed across two floors.
The first room is the main bedroom with two single beds (double beds can be made upon prior request) on the same level as the living room, with a private bathroom and separate shower. A staircase leads to the other 3 double rooms. Room two has a private bathroom with a separate shower and an interconnected single bed (suitable for children). Room three has a private bathroom with a shower, and room four has an adjacent bathroom.
