3-bedroom villa with a private pool near Vilamoura at just 5-minutes’ walk from Aquashow water park. All the bedrooms are en-suite and fully air conditioned. The outside is spacious and harmonious, ideal for a family of up to 6 persons.

On the ground floor there’s an en-suite double bedroom with a view to the pool, with air conditioning and great solar exposure.
On the 1st floor lies the master en-suite bedroom with a double bed and a serene decoration, this bedroom, also with air conditioning, has plenty of natural light and a terrace with a view towards the pool. The other bedroom on this floor, also en-suite and air conditioned, has 2 twin beds and also has access to a balcony with a view to the pool.
All the bedrooms are quite spacious, with a good solar exposure and air conditioned.

The Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware; it is quite bright and with a direct view towards the pool. The living room has a fireplace for colder days and air conditioning for those hot summer days. Right next to it is the dining room with direct view and access to the garden and pool.
The TV is via cable with English spoken channels and the internet is via Wi-Fi.

The back of the garden is where the guests will spend most of the time in total privacy. There’s a charcoal BBQ unit and plenty of garden furniture including a dining table and chairs for outdoor use, conveniently placed in a shaded area just by the pool. The garden is quite generous and well distributed among the approximately 1000sqm of plot. The pool has 9 meters in length by 4 meters wide and can be heated upon request.
