This bright and welcoming 5-bedroom house is ideal for families or groups who want relaxed days by the pool, sunny moments in the garden and a convenient base close to restaurants, bars, beaches and nightlife. Picture yourself enjoying the swimming pool, lounging in the sun with golf views, or sharing long afternoons in the outdoor spaces.
Step inside to five comfortable bedrooms and five bathrooms, plus one guest WC, giving everyone space and privacy. On the ground floor, there is an en suite bedroom divided into two sleeping areas, each with two beds and a shared shower bathroom, along with a guest WC near the living area. Upstairs, you’ll find another en suite bedroom with a king-sized bed and a bathtub bathroom, and two additional twin bedrooms that share a bathroom with a bathtub, while the basement offers an extra twin bedroom with a private shower bathroom.
The living room is spacious and divided into three inviting areas: one with a sofa, chairs, TV and fireplace for cosy evenings, another with a sofa and views over the pool for slower moments, and a third with a dining table for meals with family and friends. Nearby, the kitchen is fully equipped and positioned conveniently beside the dining area and barbecue, making it easy to prepare and serve light meals. A laundry room adds extra practicality for longer stays.
Outside, the villa offers a beautiful garden with views over the golf course, a swimming pool, a swing and plenty of seating for relaxed days in the Algarve sun. There is also a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals and an outdoor bathroom with a shower near the barbecue, making pool days and outdoor lunches especially convenient.
