The outdoor area also features a gas barbecue, an outdoor dining table and a convenient bathroom with a shower located next to the barbecue area, making outdoor lunches and dinners even more comfortable.

Inside, the villa offers five comfortable bedrooms, four full bathrooms and an additional guest WC, ensuring convenience for all guests.

On the ground floor, there is a family suite divided into two sleeping areas: one with two single beds and another with one single bed, ideal for children or groups. This floor also includes a guest WC near the living area.

Upstairs, you will find a suite with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two twin bedrooms with single beds that share a bathroom with a bathtub.

On the lower ground floor, there is an additional twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, offering extra privacy.

The spacious living room is divided into three welcoming areas:

• a second lounge area overlooking the pool, ideal for unwinding;
