Description
This private 4-bedroom villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac just a couple hundred meters away from the Old Village, just next to Pinhal Golf Course. Recently redecorated with a modern touch and comfortable furniture, meant to be practical and aimed towards the comfort of its guests.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are configured as follows:
• Ground Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom
• 1st Floor - Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom
• 1st Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a private bathroom
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Recently refurbished, the kitchen is modern and totally equipped. It has direct access to the BBQ area and to the dining area. The living and dining area is also modern and functional, with plenty of seating and direct access to the pool/garden and BBQ. With cable TV, DVD and a modern 40” LED screen. Downstairs in the basement there’s also a pool table to keep the guests entertained.
The architecture of the house provides for a refreshing shade just under the BBQ and the outdoor dining table, perfectly positioned and safeguarded from the elements. The charcoal BBQ is positioned just next to the table which makes it very practical to use.
The pool can be considered to be of normal size, approximately 8 by 5 meters with a sort of an L shape. It is 1 meter deep by the stairs and 2 meters by the deep end.
Outside there is plenty of parking space.

There was no information informing us that the pool was either heatednot heated. This was a very big let down, as you could not use the pool throughout the holiday as it was absolutely freezing. For the amount of money paid this should be without quesee more

For the amount of money paid this should be without question, heated, and able to be used. We wouldn't have booked this villa had we known this. Security around the villa was very poor. Unable to lock the patio doors, they were secured by two bits of wood on the runners. Also there is no security round the sides of the villa, hence you could walk down both sides from the road and enter the patio doors at the rear of the villa. From the sunbathing area you are unable to see the patio door entrance for the hedge, so couldn't see if anyone was around. Also unable to open the back door, this is a fire hazard should it needed to have been used

The villa needs a couple of thousand euros spending on it to bring small issues around plumbing, electrics and decoration up to scratch.
The hallways & kitchen would benefit from a mop as part of the maid service

The location of this villa is excellent. It’s very quiet but only a short walk from The old village. The villa itself is ok but nothing special, particularly for the price. The garden is lovely though

All the internal doors need adjusting as they are very loud and squeaky and some are hard to shut (the downstairs bathroom). The patio doors are very difficult to lock. Many areas are looking a bit tatty It was listed that pool heating was available.see more

I’ve seen this villa advertised on Oliver’s Travels too and it also says on there that it’s a heated pool.

Pool ladders really loose needs repaired. Outdoor shower has missing / loose tiles. General wear and tear maintenance required to bring up to scratch. One of bedroom toilets wouldn’t flush despite attempted repair while we were there, couple using thsee more

Stair grab rails on wall are what look like towel rails so not ideal as a banister. Paid over 2000 Euro for the villa so expect better attention to detail regarding minor repairs
