Turquoise Villa is a magnificent and contemporary five-bedroom house, located in the exclusive and residential Pinhal Velho condominium in Vilamoura with modern houses set in extensive plots and a short drive from the Millenium and Victoria golf courses, the beach and Vilamoura Marina with its diverse array of shops, bars and restaurants.

With an elegant decor and plenty of natural light, the house has generous areas and is composed of five bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a television area, laundry, a social bathroom and a garage.
On the right side of the entrance hall are the social spaces.

The dining area has an open plan to the kitchen which, in turn, is equipped with a cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and an island.

The dining area has a wooden table ideal for ten people.
The living room is perfect for unwinding/relaxing, decorated with three large and comfortable sofas and sliding windows that provide access to the pool terrace.

The television area has a large corner sofa and is equipped with a flat-screen television with an English channel system, Portuguese cable television, and a Blu-ray DVD player.

The accommodation consists of five spacious and comfortable rooms, all ensuite, equipped with flat-screen televisions and with a light and elegant decoration. Four of the rooms are double and one is twin. The main bedroom has a closet and a living room. All rooms have windows with access to the garden and electric blinds.
On the lower floor, there is a laundry room and a huge garage with a ping pong table. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Through the living and dining room, we have access to the terrace where there is a dining table with ten seats, two barbecues, one gas-powered and one fixed charcoal.
Also on the terrace we can find a living area with garden/outdoor furniture.
A few steps below are some sunbeds, umbrellas and a swimming pool.
The pool can be heated upon prior consultation.
The house has a central air conditioning system, available upon consultation and Wi-Fi access. Both inside and outside there is a sophisticated BOSE sound system.

The cleaning service is from Monday to Friday, except on holidays.
