The property was large and spacious. As you enter through the front door into the small welcome area you enter a large kitchen, dining room, front room with large windows and sliding doors out to a spacious balcony. Also from the welcome area there aver más

As you enter through the front door into the small welcome area you enter a large kitchen, dining room, front room with large windows and sliding doors out to a spacious balcony. Also from the welcome area there are two separate bathroom doors, one to a bathroom which includes a shower and sink, as well as the washing machine, and next door to this is the second bathroom which includes a toilet, sink and bath with shower over. The final two doors beside the kitchen are the two bedrooms. Neither bedroom is ensuite but you could allocate one bathroom to each bedroom but you would have to share the toilet. Each bedroom had conditioning and large wardrobes and chest drawers, which was more than adequate for clothes, etc. The property was well equipped and had everything you could possibly want. Bonus of the washing machine was great and the clothes dried quickly on the air which is situated on the balcony. There was a hairdryer in each bathroom. There was also a dishwasher and the property owners provided a few dishwasher and washing machine tablets to get started. The apartment is a private owned apartment in the hotel building. The apartment is on the seventh floor and there are three lifts. The hotel is in an excellent location just one road back from the marina and a five minute walk to the beach. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

There are other private apartments in the building but most belong to the hotel. You obviously have no control over the guests in those room and we did have an issue with a group of youngsters in the room above, but this was dealt with with by the hotel and was not the fault of the property owner. The swimming pool is large with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas, which you share with all the hotel guests. There was also a tennis court which we did not make use of. There is no barrefreshments by the pool, but there is a supermarket just situated out the front of the hotel building. There is a QR code for you to scan in a picture frame on the sideboard in the dining room, this has all the welcome pack. It perhaps would’ve been useful to have this before we arrived as it gave details about the room number and key code entry. Not really a huge problem, but it would’ve saved us a few minutes to get into the apartment. There was only one key for us all to share.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Air conditioning units were smelly and unhygienic. The bathroom was clean but not sanatised with disinfectant, therefore it smelled of bacteria. Vacuum cleaner needs a good clean. Kitchen tap had no pressurever más
