During the time we spent (winter 5 months) the house leaked badly with one leak from the upstairs bathroom into the living room that rendered that shower unusable. Multiple other leaks. The house itself has many cracks in ceilings and walls. The fver más
During the time we spent (winter 5 months) the house leaked badly with one leak from the upstairs bathroom into the living room that rendered that shower unusable. Multiple other leaks. The house itself has many cracks in ceilings and walls. The fireplace had no screen, was way too small and was unusable for heating such a large room. The house is definitely very cold in the winter and guests would need to provide more than one heater for the downstairs area. Also, very few electric plugs in the living/dining room area. We should have been advised in advance that we would not be able to use the garage. Finally, TV stations are pretty much unusable with zero movie channels.....this was reported but no response ever received.

We all really enjoyed our stay at this villa, it's very beautiful and has a great view. The villa has all the accommodations of a home. Everybody enjoyed the pool and pool table All in all a very enjoyable time was had there

The only thing i'd sugguest doing is maybe sending a mapdetailed directions to the guest before arrival, because we did get lost looking for the villa. The address they sent us said, Faro,Faro and the rental van GPS didn't know that address it's in Ever más

Also we had ten guests and only received eight big bath towels the other two family members had to use smaller towels
