Localizada a 200 metros da praia, esta moradia de 4 quartos é adequada para famílias ou grupos que apreciam o contacto com a Natureza, passeios de bicicleta e a tranquilidade da costa, sem perder a possibilidade de aproveitar as mais diversas atividades de Verão que se encontram a metros de distância.
Os quartos são compostos da seguinte maneira:
• R/C – Quarto de Casal com casa de banho privativa
• R/C – Quarto com 2 camas de solteiro mais 2 gavetões, casa de banho partilhada
• R/C – Quarto com 2 camas twin (podem ser feitas juntas) com casa de banho partilhada
• 1º Andar – Mezzanine por cima da sala de estar com cama de casal, casa de banho partilhada
Todos os quartos têm ar condicionado.
A moradia tem ao seu dispor uma cozinha totalmente equipada e organizada para que possa cozinhar as mais variadas iguarias para a família e os amigos. A zona de refeições interior conta com mesa para 6 pessoas mais aparador/ garrafeira com mais 2 cadeiras.
A sala dispõe de 2 sofás de 3 lugares, 2 poltronas, 1 apoio para os pés, lareira, TV de boas dimensões com canais por cabo. Wi-Fi gratuito em todas as áreas.
Ar condicionado encontra-se disponível em toda a casa, como aquecimento para os dias mais frios usa-se a lareira.
A cave dispõe de mesa de snooker e matraquilhos para entretenimento de miúdos e graúdos.
O exterior da moradia é ajardinado a toda a volta e conta com um pequeno lago com peixes à entrada.
A piscina tem 10 metros de comprimento por 5.5 metros de largura e profundidades entre 1 e 2 metros. A piscina tem a possibilidade de ser aquecida somente entre Abril e Outubro, através de um custo adicional (com um pedido efetuado no mínimo com 48h de antecedência), Contudo se as temperaturas estiverem demasiadamente baixas, poderá não ser possível o fornecimento do serviço.
O espaço exterior é amplo e permite relaxar enquanto toma banhos de Sol, tendo ao seu dispor mobiliário de exterior e espreguiçadeiras ou à sombra da magnifica pérgula que cobre a zona de jantar de exterior. I was hesitant knowing the property was run by a management team and not a sole owner - I still have mixed feelings, however they did respond promptly prior to check-in though it was a tad frustrating having multiple people respond to 1 email I would still recommend this Airbnb - remember it’s a great location and the outdoor area is gorgeous. Everything else is basic but that’s all you need. The kitchen also has everything you need

We upgraded a few things (towels, heated pool) and did have to send a wire transfer outside Airbnb (wasn’t thrilled about that) and the team was unresponsive to communicate and confirm for several business days, even though they made a mistake when sending us the details of the wire transfer which resulted in us having to go to the bank back home twice. Upon arrival to Portugal we were traveling for 2 weeks prior and I did flag this to the team prior to our departure that I would be unresponsive prior and gave them a date of when I’d be back online prior — however, I was bombarded with emails and notifications to send the entire family’s passport details (for government reasons - true, so be aware all hotels and rentals outside of Airbnb require this —) however, I’m on vacation! . The following day was check in and I was warned in advance the pool maintenance crew would be working. Lucky for me they were - because they are the ones who let me in. The Seashell member was late - very late. The gate at the front door was broken and did not lock. This was highly concerning for us as we had both a walking toddler and a three year old running around the property. We flagged this the moment we checked in. And the next day, and the next day, and the next day. It was not fixed until the fifth day. We were also attending a family event and the morning of the event went to iron all our clothes to find the iron was for another country. Not functioning. Upon communicating this to the team they were unable to “help” and apologized. We had to rush and buy one. We were not discounted for their mistake. Overall I felt I had to constantly be managing this property and process. I have traveled a lot with Airbnb and this was for sure the most work I’ve ever had to put in

The villa was fantastic - excellent space to have a relaxed and enjoyable family/group holiday! We spent a lot of time at the pool - it is a private area with plenty of sunshine! The pool has a good range of depths. We really liked the outdoor dining area - we used this for lunch, and several evenings for dinner. I didn’t expect the villa to be so close to the beach and a stunning coastline. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach - excellent to bathe during the day,a pleasant walk in the evening. We were able to capture beautiful sunsets along the coast. We were very happy with this villa and plan to stay again if we return to the Algarve. |

The distance walking to the beach and local little shops is no more than a two minutes walk, with aloe us to buy fresh bread every morning. Also The villa have 4 bike that were available for us to use. The Villa is located very close to a wonderful beach which we loved we had a fantastic trip, we enjoy a lot your house and the pool. The location was great to just pop in t he beach. Thanks for the cake

We were lucky in that I think the guests before us had paid to have the pool heated so we arrived to the pool at a nice temperature. We had a couple of minor issues at the villa when we arrived but Seashells were very responsive and sent someone out to fix immediately (on a Sunday too!). The villa is located within walking distance of some small supermarkets and restaurants and is about a 15 minute taxi ride from Albufeira and half an hour from the airport The villa was fantastic and any issues were resolved very quickly Really enjoyed our stay on the whole though, thank you!

The only negative to the whole experience would be the check in - we had asked weeks in advance if we could check in earlier than 4pm as our flight landed at 11am, we were told on the day this would not be possible as there had been guests in it previously and they had to clean (fair enough) but they wouldn't even let us leave our suitcases there. We were in the taxi on the way to the vague area location they had provided and they refused to give us the exact address - we had to argue with them whilst our taxi price increased driving around trying to find the place. Eventually they whatsapped me the GPS coordinates, they told me they had sent me these in an email however these were actually different coordinates and were linked to a completely different villa in another area!! We ended up arriving at the villa but were not allowed to leave our suitcases, so we walked down to a nearby restaurant and sat there for some food and drinks for 4 hours. They said the villa would be ready long before 4pm for us but we weren't given the code for check in until 4:20pmMight be nice to have some basics such as oil/salt/pepper and coal/fire starters for the fire pit / BBQ

The property has been finished to a high standard and the management company are super quick to respond to issues The whole experience was a joy and I know that other people will come to enjoy this venue in the future!

The location is close to perfect, close to Vilamoura and Albufeira with clubs 10min away by car (LICK&BLISS). Beyond from having a nice pool its less than a 5 min walk from the most gorgeous beach around: Praia da Falesia Inside: Well organised and big enough for everyone to be confortable. We were 10 and we had space for 10 people, but a lot of the nights people wanted to sleep in the sofas because they were unbelievably comfortable! Outside: AMAZING. The pool is ideal, with the sofas and chairs around. The outside dining table can fit 10+ people and the fire pit outside is so relaxing and a great spot for games etc. Everything outside is so well placed that you really end up using most of outside spaces. There is a small shop 5 min away that has almost everything you’d need and the nearby restaurants and bars are friendly and have good food. It is also worth mentioning that the agency that hosts this house could’ve not been more helpful, not only did they answer all my questions immediately, but they kept out bags in their location on the last day (after leaving the villa) while we went to vilamoura until our flight/train
